2. Orders & Payments

  • All orders are subject to acceptance by the Company.

  • Payment must be made in full before products are dispatched unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • Prices listed on the website are subject to change without notice.

3. Delivery & Installation

  • Delivery times are estimated and may be subject to delays beyond our control.

  • The Customer must ensure accessibility and necessary permissions for installation.

  • Any additional work required beyond the standard installation may incur extra charges.

4. Cancellations & Returns

  • Customers may cancel their order within 30 days of purchase for a full refund if the product has not yet been dispatched.

  • Products may be returned within 30 days if unused and in original packaging, subject to a restocking fee.

  • Installed or used products are non-refundable unless defective.

5. Warranty & Repairs

  • Our water softeners come with a 5 year warranty covering manufacturing defects.

  • The warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, improper installation (if not done by our team), or unauthorised repairs.

  • Any warranty claims must be submitted with proof of purchase.

6. Maintenance & Servicing

  • Regular maintenance is recommended to ensure the efficiency and longevity of your water softener.

  • We offer maintenance plans, which are subject to separate terms and pricing.

  • Failure to maintain the unit as recommended may void the warranty.

7. Liability & Limitations

  • The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

  • The Company’s total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product or service in question.

  • The Customer is responsible for ensuring compatibility of the product with their plumbing system.

8. Privacy Policy

  • We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  • Customer information is used solely for order fulfillment, customer support, and marketing (where consent is given).

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

  • Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation, mediation, or legal proceedings in the United Kingdom.

10. Changes to Terms & Conditions

  • We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
